Jack Polatsek is the Founder and Principal of Interra Capital Group.
Jack holds a Master of Science in Management from Boston University as well as two undergraduate degrees and a Rabbinic Ordination from the Chief Rabbi of the Jerusalem Court.
Mr. Polatsek is the Chairman of the Board of Yeshiva Torat Emet Day School, and serves on various boards and committees including, Jewish Federation of Greater Houston, Houston Community Kollel, Makor International, Lifetime Ambassador at Texas Children’s Hospital and is a lay leader in his community. Jack is the recipient of numerous awards, including the National (UJC) United Jewish Communities/Edmund and Mae Hecht Award (2004), the Houston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40 Award”, AIPAC Malcolm G. Gluckman Leadership Award (2006) and the Ben Susholtz Young Leadership Award (2013).
He resides in Houston with his wife and their five children.
David Polatsek is a Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Interra Capital Group and Interra Management Company. David is responsible for both the optimization of firm operations and maximizing the performance of each asset through prolific reporting systems, policies and procedures. His responsibilities also include overseeing the leasing and accounting operations, as well as managing Interra’s overseas India operations.
Prior to Interra, David was a Project Manager at Mehandes Engineering, a leading international MEP consulting and engineering firm headquartered in New York City. David was responsible for the management of numerous master planned developments and projects.
Mr. Polatsek is involved as a lay leader with multiple non-profit organizations sharing his expertise in facilities management and capital campaigns. He resides in Houston with his wife Malky and their five children.
